Sender ID (Aplha /
Numeric): |
 |
 |
|
When a mobile
receives an SMS, the Sender ID replaces the
usual Senders Mobile Number that appears on
the mobile device. Numeric Sender ID's are
replyable as if the SMS was sent from your
mobile phone. If the recipient's mobile has
your Sender ID held in their Mobile Phone
Book, the mobile device usually converts your
SenderID to the Name held in the Phone Book.
Alpha-Numeric Sender ID's can include Text A-Z
and 0-9. That means your SMS can appear to be
sent from 'Network82' in the message and are
not replyable.
All Sender ID's can be upto
11 characters in length. |
|
Max SMS Text Length: |
 |
Concatenated |
Basic Accounts
sending SMS are limited to 160 characters. The
other accounts will automaticly concatenate
messages into multiple SMS of 160 characters in
length which most recipient mobile devices will
convert back into one SMS Text Message. You will
be charged per SMS sent. |
