How are we different from every other
service provider ?
Well Network82 Solutions is different for several
reasons. We're a small company and it's our mission to know
our customers on a first name basis. We build our bridges at
a personal level. We believe customer service is like a
friendship. Its our mission to do that little bit more, that
something extra.
As your service provider, we're your best friend.
We vet our customers for time wasters, service abusers
and fraudsters to ensure our other customers receive a fast
& reliable service. We only deal with customers who are
based in the United Kingdom. Most Hosting Providers look for
international customers to reclaim their investment. Unlike
providers such as Orange, BT, Virgin, Tiscali and others, we
don't need millions of customers. We focus on our customers
because they matter to us. They are our business.
We Won't treat you like an idiot. We know our customers
personally and we're able to communicate at a level our
customers are comfortable with. We understand that some
customers will be more technically minded then others,
whether it be designing a website or setting up a broadband
connection, we will help you through it.
We provide 24/7 email support and telephone support
through normal working hours. We don't charge you 50pense a
minute or put you on hold for hours at a time. If you can't
get hold of us, send us an email and we'll call you right
back.
There are no premiums on our services. Our prices are
fair for the service we provide. We believe our customers
would rather pay for a service that is reliable and works
then for something that only works half the time. We
believe time is money. If we're not worthy of your money
then don't pay us. We have Service Level Agreements and
Targets (to you) to meet. If we don't meet them, we don't
deserve your money.
